Answer:

Average Speed = 240 km/hr

Step-by-step explanation:

Average Speed = Total Distance/ Total Time

Total distance = 200 + 200 = 400

time for the first time = T = d/S

                                           = 200/300 = 2/3 hr

time for the second time = 200/200 = 1 hr

Total time = 2/3 + 1

                 = 5/3 hrs

Average Speed = (400 * 3)/5

                           = 240 km/hr

➡️ ANSWER

☆ Given,

● Distance 200 km with a uniform speed of 300km/h.

● Another distance 200 km with a uniform speed of 200km/h.

☆ To Find?

■ Average Speed.

◇ Solution:-

We know that,

average \: speed  =  \frac{total \: distance}{total \: time}

Total Distance = 200km +200km = 400km

Time = ?

We know that,

time =  \frac{distance}{speed}

Time taken for the 1st 200 km =

\frac{200km}{300km /h}  =  \frac{2}{3}hour

Time taken for the another 200 km =

\frac{200km}{200km /h}  =  1hour

Total time =

 \frac{2}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{2 + 3}{3}  =  \frac{5}{3} hours

avg  \: speed =  \frac{400}{ \frac{5}{3} } =  \frac{400 \times 3}{5}   =  \frac{1200}{5}  = 240km /hr
