Answer:

Length = 6.7 ± 0.1 cm

breadth = 2.4 ± 0.2 cm

A = Lb

= (6.7 × 2.4)

= 16.08 cm²

ΔA = A × (ΔL/L + Δb/b)

= 16.08 × (0.1/6.7 + 0.2/2.4)

= 0.3233..cm²

Answer:

Length of a rectangle= (6.7 + 0.1) cm = 6.8 cm

Breadth of a rectangle= (2.4 + 0.2) cm = 2.6 cm

Area of the rectangle=

2×( length+ breadth)

= 2× (6.8+2.6) cm

= 2× 9.4 cm

= 18.8 cm square
