Option a

Step-by-step explanation:

Solution :-

Given that

AB || CD

< BOA = 108°

< COD = 120°

Now,

Draw a parallel line EF to AB and CD through O

AB || EF and OA is a transversal then

<BAO + < EOA = 180°

Since the interior angles on the same side to the transversal are supplementary.

=> 108° +< FOA = 180°

=> < FOA = 180°-108°

=> < FOA = 72° -------(1)

and

EF || CD and OC is a transversal then

< DCO + < FOC = 180°

Since the interior angles on the same side to the transversal are supplementary

=> 120°+<FOC = 180°

=> < FOC = 180°-120°

=> < FOC = 60° -------(2)

On adding (1)&(2) then

=> < FOA + < FOC = 72°+60°

=> < FOA + < FOC = 132°

=> < AOC = 132°

Therefore, < AOC = 132°

Answer:-

The measure of < AOC = 132°

Used formulae:-

→ The interior angles on the same side to the transversal are supplementary
