Perimeter = sum of all sides

50 cm= 24 + x+ y

50 cm =24+ 2x

50 -24 = 2x

x =26/2

x = 13

s= P/2

s=50/2

s=25 cm

Area =√25(25-24)(25-13)(25-13)

= √25× 1×12 × 12

=√ 5²×12²

=√60²

= 60

Area = 60 cm
