ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral

so we can apply here Ptolemys Theorem

According to ptolemys theorem

In cyclic quadrilateral the sum of product of its opposite sides is equal to product of its two diagonals

Thus then

(AB×CD)+(AD×BC)=(AC×BD)

(7×4)+(6×3)=7AC

28+18=7AC

ie 7AC=46

hence AC=46/7 cm
