Hello Mate!

I am glad to know that you are so much interested in Astronomy stream, India needs youth to encourage Astronautics.

Here are the answers of your questions.

■ If you are really interested in Astronomy then you should focus on Engineering inclined to physics, life science and Mathematics. You should be at Mastered level to be an astronauter!

■ To be a part of Astronautics, you should be of PCM stream i.e., you must have Physics, Maths, Chemistry as your main sunjects in 11th and 12th.
So, obviously you should be from Science Stream.

■ This degree of Astronautics can take almost four - five years. This much time is needed to complete you mastery.

■ ● The Age limit for General Category = 21 years - 30 years.
● The Age limit has been given relaxation to Sc, St and OBC category.

♢ Best of kuck for future friend. Astronomy is a great stream to be taken. You must believe in your self and last but not the least, spend you summer vecation time or free time for Astronomy preparations.
