INDIAN CONSTITUTION

It is the longest written document (constitution) which deals with law & order, functioning of government bodies and maintainance of Citizens.

There are Several Features of Indian Constitution. Some of them are :-

  • It is the Longest Written Constitution of the world.

It is the Longest Written Constitution of the world. Indian constitution is known as borrowed constitution because it follow all other country's ideas, themes and strategy combination by avoiding the faults which were done by other countries in their past.

  • It is Rigid towards wrong path and flexible towards humanity and moral value.

Rulling Legislature body can bring about necessary changes within constitution for our development. If any wrong decision or law order is passed by parliament then the Judiciary break down it known as Judicial Review.

  • It follow people's own representative i.e. It redefines India as Parliamentary and PrimeMinister form of Government.

It means Democracy government is based on majority rulling and minority consideration that is why our society is known as (Multi-Suggested society) due to which our elected representative forms the government as Primeminister and chief ministers (MPs and MLAs) who are head of the government.

  • Separating Head of the state.

for avoiding detectorship arising our constitution made president as head of state while head of the government is primeminister.

  • Protecting all (String Judiciary and Fair conductance of election).

Beginning from farmer till prime minister all are equal before eyes of all ! In India judicial system is most appex which protects all unfair system clearing disputes between parties and parties, between people and between government and citizen.

Judiciary is also responsible for forced enactment of Fundamental rights of Indian citizen. It also provide power to election commission to conduct controlled and fair election in Indian sub continent .
