Modern gadgets have made life much easier than before. They make work easier and faster for us, but they have come as a bane too for our children.

Since modern gadgets like smartphones and video games allow them to play in their own home, they rarely go out to play.

Due to this, their  Physical activity level has reduced significantly. Since they can do most of their works from their hand-held gadget, they have become lazy and lethargic.

It is wise to use these gadgets but only when necessary. Make good use of them, but don't get addicted to them.
