According to me, Modern technology was launched to make the things easier in daily life. Its just a tool used by us, We should use it in a proper way which would be helpful for us, Example - If we use a blade, We may ruin our hands if we aren't careful, In the same way, We should use it carefully and not ruin ourselves and then blame technology.

Since, Many people use it for bád purposes, Thus, They get addicted to it. Use it for learning something or to teach something. It's isn't made to waste time, It was made to save time and make things more easier.

If your Lazy, Irresponsible, negligent, slothful you may be trapped by modern technology, Then blaming it isn't right. Remember! We always have a good way and a bad way, In modern technology also there is. If you use it in good way you can learn something from it.

Also, Modern technology can trap our spirit very easily, If you use it in a good way also it can pull you to the bad way, Better use it in a limit.
