Well!
Users with less than 1000 answer can not message any user but Moderators.
To unblock the message box, you have to answer 1000+ good answers.
But remember it; never to spam to achieve the target.

Brainly has recently removed profile comments and limited inbox to only few people.
By this, number of unnecessary chats has decreased and lot of bullying, spam have also decreased .
To activate your inbox, You need to answer 1,000 questions.
