Mohan bought Samosa from a road-side vendor and ate it after some time he felt neusea and started vomiting he had servers pain in the abdominal regions and suffer from of diarrhoea what could be reason for this condition what is it called how could I prevented

Due to the shop of the vendor being road side, many dust and dirt from the vehicles, etc fly and settle on the food. The reason for diarrhoea is bacteria and virus. Mohan could have prevented it by eating Samosa at home or could have eaten it at a safe place.
