Reason for his condition is food contamination, caused by the houseflies, which sit on the garbage and animal excreta.

Pathogens stick to their bodies.

When these flies sit on uncovered food they transfer the pathogens.

This condition is called diarrhoea.

It can be prevented by avoiding intake of uncovered food.
