Mohan bought samosas from a roadside vendor and ate it. after sometime he feld nausea in the started vomiting.he had severe pain in the abdominal region and suffered from diarrhoea.what could be the reason for his condition? what is it called? how could it be prevented?

it may be appendicitis or stomach flu.
it can be prevented by taking more fluids and whole grains and also fruits
