Hi Mate!!

Length of rope must be equal to it's perimeter ( perimeter of rectangle ) = 2 ( 170 + 240 ) = 650m = length of rope in a single round.

Length of rope for 4 rounds = 4 × 650m = 2600m

Answer:

LENGTH OF RECTANGULAR FIELD=240m

BREADTH OF RECTANGULAR FIELD=170m

PERIMETER OF THE FIELD=2(l+b)

                                             =2(240+170)

                                             =2*410

                                             =820m

LENGTH OF ROPE=4*820

                               =3280m

THEREFORE THE REQUIRED LENGTH OF THE ROPE IS 3280m.

HOPE IT WILL HELP!
