Mohan is elder than ram by 8x years and Shyam is younger than ram by 5 years and the sum of there age is 72 years .Find the age of ram ,mohan and shyam​

let ram's age = r

mohan's age = m

shyam's age = s

given,. m=r+8. & s=r-5

also. m+r+s = 72. ----(1)

put values of m & s in eq (1)

we get , (r+8) + r + (r-5) = 72

3r + 3 =72

3r = 69

r =69/3

r = 23 yr

m = 23 + 8 = 31 yr

s = 23 - 5 = 18 yr
