Mohan's age was x - 10 years.

So The Equation will be:

3x - x = 30 + 10

2x = 40

x = 40/2

x = 20

Therefore, Mohan's present age is 20 years.

Mother's age:

= 20 + 20

= 40 Years

Therefore, Mother's age is 40 years.
