Let the Original Price is x
Vat = 4%
Total price = Rs 37960
so
$x + \frac{4}{100} \times x = 37960 \\ x + \frac{x}{25} = 37960 \\ \frac{25x + x}{25} = 37960 \\ \frac{26x}{25} = 37960 \\ x = \frac{37960 \times 25}{26} \\ x = 36500$
So Original Price of the computer is Rs 36500
