Given :- Mohit earns ₹ 35000 per month. He spends 6/7 of his income and divides rest of his income equally among four children. How much does each child get and what value is shown by Mohit ?

Solution :-

we have,

→ Total earing of mohit = Rs.35000 / month.

now,

→ Amount he spends = (6/7) of his income = (6/7) * 35000 = Rs.30000 .

so,

→ Amount left to mohit = 35000 - 30000 = Rs.5000 .

now, given that, he divides rest of his income equally among four children .

then,

→ Each child gets = Left amount / 4 = 5000/4 = Rs.1250 (Ans.)
