its simple sutraction mohit as already worked 38*7/9 = 349/9 hoirs out of 45 which he has to complete so the more he needs to work = 45 - 349/9
=(405-349)/9
=56/9
=6*2/9

Given: Number of hours Mohit needs to work per week = 45 hours

           Number of hours he has worked so far = 38\frac{7}{9} \ or \ \frac{349}{9} hours

To find: Number of hours he need to work on Friday to meet 45 hours requirement

Solution: According to the given question,

Total number of hours Mohit needs to work for in a week = 45

and number of hours he has worked so far = \frac{349}{9} hours

∵ Number of hours he need to work on Friday to meet the requirement  =   Total number of hours he needs to work for - Number of hours he has worked so far

45 - \frac{349}{9} = \frac{405 - 349}{9} = \frac{56}{9}

Hence, Mohit needs to work for \frac{56}{9} \ or \ 6\frac{2}{9} hours on Friday to meet the requirement of 45 hours per week.
