Let karim purchased a watch at Rs x
Profit =10%
SP=CP(100+P%/100)
=x(100+10/100)
=x multiply 110/100 =11x/10
CP for Rahim =11x/10
Profit%=4%
SP=11x/10(100+4/100)
11x/10 multiply 104/100
SP=143x/125
143x/125=14300
x=14300 multiply 125/143
=Rs 12500 is the answer
