To solve this we just need a little relation , if an element has 14 U it means it has 14gram every mole of this element . So let’s think : if there are 14 grams in 6,02x10^23 atoms , we just need to find this value in one atom.

So : 14grams = 6,02x10^23 atoms

And: x grams = 1 atom

X ~ 2,32 x 10^-23

There you have it : the mass of 1 atom of Nitrogen is about 2,32 x 10^-23 grams
