P=1\:atm=1.01\times 10^{5}\:N/m^2

R=8.31\:J/mol\:K

V=?

For 1 mole,

PV=RT

V=\frac{RT}{P}

V=\frac{8.31\times 273}{1.01\times 10^5} m^3

V=\frac{8.31\times 273\times 10^3}{1.01\times 10^{5}} L

V=22.4 L
