First we will find the molality

m=molefraction × 1000/Molecular mass

= 0.2 ×1000/180

= 20/18 = 1.1

Now Relation between Molarity(M) and Molality(m)

M = m×1000×density/m×Molecular mass + 1000

So, M = (20×1000×1.4/18)÷(1.1×180 + 1000)

M = 1540 ÷ 1200

M = 1.28
