Gram molecular mass of ethanol = 46

  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \frac{n}{n + 55.5}  = 0.04 \\ since \: value \: of \: n \: is \: very \: small \: n + 55.5 = 55.5 \\  =>  \frac{n}{55.5}  = 0.04 \\  =  > n = 2.22

Therefore, total number of moles = 2.22 + 55.5

= 57.72

Therefore, molarity =

  \:  \:  \:   \: \frac{57.72}{46 + 18} \\   = 0.9
