Molecular mass of NaOH:

Molecular mass of NaOH = 40

To find it you have to know all the elements weights.

sodium (Na) = 23

Oxygen (O) = 16

Hydrogen (H) = 1

add them all

23 + 16 + 1 = 40

Definition of Molecular Mass:

Molecular mass is a number equal to the sum of the atomic masses of the atoms in a molecule.

Molecular mass is also called molecular weight

How to find the Molecular mass:

Find the molecular formula of the molecule.

Find the atomic mass of each element

Multiply each element's atomic mass by the number of atoms of that element in the molecule.

Hope this Helps You

Have a Nice Day  :)
