Because co2 and so2 is linear in shape. Hence the net dipole is cancelled out with each other.

Where as BF3 is trigonal planar structure. The net dipole moment is zero because the fluorine atom is equally shared by the boron in symmetrical manner. At the angle of 120, hence it is zero dipole moment.

Similarly in the PCl5 the trigonal planar case is the same and the two CL atoms are placed in linear form. Hence the net dipole moment is zero.
