Try to understand. The whole part is 12. Now if 1/12 part is painted in grey so 12-1 = 11/12 is painted in blue

Out of 100/1,grey=1/12 of 100/1
1/12 *100=25/3 or 8.3.......
blue=100/1-25/3
=300/3-25/3
=275/3
