Chapattis- To make chapattis first take required quantity of wheat flour, add one spoon of oil, add pinch of salt. Now make dough by adding water. Dough should be soft. Now make a small ball of dough and press it to give a round shape. Heat the pain and cook chapatti one by one.

Bread- Take required quantity of flour, mix it with water and yeast. Add few drops of oil to make it soft. Leave the dough for one hour until doubled in size. Put this dough in backing pan and back it at 200ᵒC for 25 minutes.

Advantage- In both methods we can use any kind of flour.

Disadvantage- Both method are time consuming.  

In chapatti carbohydrates are present in more quantity where as in bread it is less in quantity.
