money and credits chapter(Class 10)...if we instruct the bank to issue a specific amount to the person thru cheque and the person who is receiving it ...if he doesn't hv an account..how will they give the money? ​

if the person doesn't hv a bank account in any bank then the bank is not able to give money

if the person have account in that particular bank or other he is able to receive the money

The bank will instruct the person that you cannot transfer money because you do not have an account.so the bank will give the form of "new account joining " after this he get an new account and the money will transfer to the person's aacount.
