moneylender are providiing more credit than commercial bank because general a money lender provide loan to villages which do not run by stealing money they have to come on their village also so there is an money security and other than this they provide and heavy interest on them so they get an extra profit then banks so they are able to provide more credit without any loss.

1. moneylenders wants more crops from farmers so they provide huge credit so that the particular farmer would sale his crops to him.
2 . moneylenders know tha banks will not provide credit to those farmers who don't have any legal property and the farmers will have to come to them.
