ANSWER ::

Monica asked each of her friends to buy a charity raffle for £3

Now Monica raised £ 18

Since each ticket sells £3

Then we can amount of people that bought the tickets by taking the amount earned divided by the price of the ticket

So in this case number of friends = 18 / 3 = 6

Again 4 friends bought tickets

So the required number of friends = 6 + 4 = 10
