Sum of money lent is Rs 100x
Rate = 10% p.a
Time = 6 years
Interest = Rs 2160
Therefore By the formula of simple interest
2160=(100x*10*6)/100
Or 2160=60x
Or x = 36
Therefore Sum lent by Monish is Rs (100*36)=Rs 3600
