Monsoon is a boon because monsoon helps crops to grow, fill the dry oceans, rivers, lakes, ponds, seas with water, bring peace and cool the Earth after the dry summer etc.
Monsoon is a bane because it causes floods, destruction, death, sufferings, makes people homeless etc.

Answer:mark as brainliest

Explanation:

India is a country where agriculture is the main source of livelihood of the rural population. Monsoon is a boon for the farmers when it comes on time and provides water to the fields, helps in the production of the crop. It also provides water to those rivers, lakes and ponds which are dependent on rainfall. The rainwater is also stored and used in the dry season when there is lack of water.

But it becomes a bane when it does not come on appropriate time and comes after sowing of seed gets over. Besides helping, it destroys the crops. When it comes in abnormal volume, it causes floods, destruction, death etc. In this way, monsoon becomes bane from boon.
