A mood swing is an extreme or rapid change in mood. Such mood swings can play a positive part in promoting problem solving and in producing flexible forward planning. However, when mood swings are so strong that they are disruptive, they may be the main part of a bipolar disorder.

Yo!

Here's your answer!

Moods swings, rightly viewed,is a sudden change in one's behaviour. It can show inexplicable rage, happiness or sadness—all at once, sometimes.

When Mood swings are really intense, and when a person starts to think that he/she is not in control of himself/herself,at that point of time,it could be termed as having a "brain disorder"(usually they're bipolar or so.)

Mood swings, can be easily controlled,if a person stays relax, and doesn't take any stress. Because, mood swings are super destructive. You never know, who you might hurt.

Hope that this helps you!
