RUPALI'S GRANDMOTHER
Once upon a time there lived an honest man named Shyam. He was very poor. He could not afford the cost of vegetables in the market. One day, he decided to grow his own vegetables in his field beside his house. He started growing vegetables and earned a lot of money by one year.
He bought a new house, clothes and a car. He also had a daughter named Rupali. She was 7 years old now. Shyam taught him the moral values of life everyday. She listened carefully to each and every word. One day, he was teachingher that making others will make you feel happy. She listened it and asked, "How is it possible?". Shyam replied, "My daughter, if you don't believe then try it with a person".
The other day her father died. She was left alone. She went to live in her grandmother's house which was a five kilometres away from her house. She walked there all alone remembering her father's words. When she reached there she saw her grandmother was very sad. She asked," Grandma, why are so unhappy?" Her Grandmother replied, "Rupali, after listening that your father is not alive I have become very unhappy.
Rupali remembered the moral values taught by her father. She said, "Okay, answer me this question" She said,"What did the monster first eat after getting his teeth checked"
Grandmother replied,"Don't know?" Rupali replied,"The dentist" Grandmother began to laugh aloud. She could not control her laughter. Seeing this Rupali felt happy and she began laughing too.
