The poem 'The Plate
of Gold' has a divine message for all the readers who read it. The message is
as follows: God's omniscient eyes are looking the deeds of each and every human
being on earth. God's heavenly reward is only for those who truly and sincerely
love their fellow brethren and sisters. God knows fully well the difference
between the hypocrites and the true lovers of mankind. All the priests, clergy,
and other religious authorities can fail in their judgement about the truly
deserved man/woman, but God sees everything justly. God's heavenly reward is
not for those who are in competition of giving more charity out of their
affluence; rather it is for them who truly feel the pain of the afflicted and
the downtrodden and pray for their deliverance. Such lovers of mankind don't
vie for any competition for heavenly reward.
