Once agriculture existed inequality increased (it is easier to seize the surplus), division of labor increased, city/town life started up, classes of people (including slaves) developed, people with control of military power gained power, your average person was probably less robust than in pre-agricultural times, and trade over long distances spread. Famine was common, climate change devastating (large groups of people can’t easily move), warfare increased, and most people probably lived near subsistence everywhere.
