America has for so long made Asians look bad. American movies which has lot of power to influence people’s thoughts, attitudes and behaviors has really depicted Asians in a very bad stereotypical racist manner. American movies are seen all over the world and they have influenced so many people all over the world to think bad of Asians, especially Asian men. In all American or at least most American movies, Asian men are portrayed as weak, non sexual, evil, and in general just very bad. When other people around the world in Europe and South American, Africa and rest of the world see this, it influences how they will think about Asian people, especially Asian men. Watch most American movies, and see how Asian men are usually portrayed in a very bad way. Usually as weak, ugly counterparts to the white man. This is absolutely true. And of course it is because most of the American movies are directed, written and produced by WHITE males. The more we see positive images like Kpop and other Asian media, tv and magazines that show Asian men and women in strong, appealing, beautiful way the better it is for all Asians!!
