Scientists have dubbed this phenomenon "cold-induced diuresis," which basically means an increase of urine caused by the cold. When you're exposed to cold temperatures, your blood vessels constrict in order to concentrate blood flow around your vital organs, and away from your skin.

When your temperature starts to drop, your body will attempt to reduce heat loss by constructing blood vessels and reducing blood flow to the surface of the skin . In response , your blood pressure will rise , because of same volume of blood is flowing through less space in the body . In response, your kidneys will put out excess fluid to reduce your blood pressure , making lots of urine.
