More complex organisms cannot give rise to new individuals through regenration. Why?

Just imagine every affected cell of your body trying to split into two. Even if they manage to, how will they combine together to form a new individual. This is not possible physically.

2. There are specific organ to perform specific function.
3. There is a Labour division in the body of the complex organisms.
4. Regeneration is carried out by specialised cells which are not present in complex organism.
