Get up early in the morning.. like in 4.oclock.
Take out your book and study for one hour, then go for jogging. It will keep you fit and fine. Pray to God after bathing.. Always will your parents.....

1. Waking Early - This is basic and pre requisite thing for all other things.
2. YOGA - Benefits of Yoga is known to everyone.It helps in concentrating better, makes u active.Removes laziness and is a cure of many diseaes.
3. Early Morning studies - You have heard quite a lot of times people saying to study early.Cuz no distraction is there, you r fresh and concentrated.You grasp everything easily.
4. Bathing early - It will keep u fresh whole day and u will not feel lazy whole day.
5. Going Washroom - It is also a must do activity for being fresh and vigilant whole day.
