morning walks are pleasant and refreshing as it refreshes are mind and whole body. It is scientifically proven tha starting you day with a morning makes your body fit and active. Exercising plays a crucial role in one's life so it is necessary do. We can do many physical as well as mental exercises to keep ourselves healthy like Yoga, jogging, skipping etc. It is wisely said that " In a healthy body lives a healthy mind" which is very much true.
