besides in the desert the level of water is very low so the roots of desert plant is very deep and roots of aquatic plants is very small

According To Darwin,The Growth Of Parts Of Every Living Being Is Depend On There Uses.An Aquatic Plant Don't Need Long Root For Collecting Water.Thats Why Their Root Is Short And Some Plans Don't Need Roots.
