Oral Communication :
Any thought or an idea or an information when put into words and delivered by orally (by mouth) is Oral Communication.

There are two most important abilities to attain skill in Oral Communication and to make it effective. They're as follows :
a) clarity over what one wants to deliver,
b) conciseness - making it as brief as possible but not missing the important parts.
