Most of students suffer from exam stress and anxiety during exam days.

i). Suggest three good habits which students should adopt to tackle this problem.

★ I agree that many of the students suffer from strees during the exams

First one is that I personally follow:-
★Just say out loud or in your mind "CHILL DUDE", I know it sounds wierd but it always works for me.

★Always have good nutritional food which keeps you healthy and please donot suddenly change your diet ,if you like junk food and you find it very hard to leave it then donot force your body to have good food but just have LITTLE of your junk.

and the last is to be HAPPY :-
★being happy is very good for your health and it also makes you feel active and helps you concentrate in your studies.

these are some of the rules I follow in my exam days but I also try to follow them on my non exam days so that I am always energetic.

◆ Children should always have good and proper sleep for about 8-9 hours. This helps them to think peacefully.

◆Children should always eat good and nutritious food. This reduces stress in their brains.

◆Children should always be happy. They should have relaxed minds before exams.
