Well students need to be taught about the importance of working out and staying fit right from an early age.They must be motivated with rewards and marks to make them take up any sports and activity.A special subject related to sports and yoga must be made part of education curriculum.Morning Prayers in classrooms must be followed by daily yoga,jogging and meditation sessions.Guest lectures from local, district or national level sports athletes about their daily schedule and achievements and seminars regarding demerits of excess sedentary lifestlye and gagdets use must be undertaken. Parents must also be educated about the importance of making their child stay fit and encourage sports.
