 Any two or maybe more items when combined together form mixtures.

These combinations are physical and not chemical.

If atoms of two or more substances undergo a chemical change while being combined then they are not mixtures.

 Examples of mixtures are milk and chocolate, coffee and cream, salt and water and etc.
