It happen with the process of water cycle.The water cycle is the process where water goes through on earth.The cycle starts when water on the surface gets evaporates. Evaporation is the process in which the sun heats the water and and turn them into gaseous. Then water gets collected as water vapour in the sky. This forms clouds.The water in the clouds gets cold. This make it become liquid again.This process is called condensation. Then the water falls from the sky as rain,snow,sleet or hail. This is called precipitation.The water sink into the surface and get collected in the lakes,ocean,river etc.It evaporates again and continues the cycle.
