Through the column of your esteemed daily, I wish to bring the attention of the people towards the hate and greed in this world. As robert frost states in his poem "fire and ice" greed and hatred can bring this world to an end.
robert frost has compared "fire" to peoples desires, greed and rage, he has compared "ice" to peoples hate. he explains that these emotions are equally destructive and can end the world, hence it is very important for us to learn how to control them.
one can spread love and positivity in the society, because "fire" and "ice" can be conquered through positive emotions, one can control his emotions by keeping the mind calm and steady, one can do many things in order to avoid the hate and greed. if we all learn to conquer this i am sure the world will end in a less destructive way.

Good morning everyone, today I am going to speak on the apprehensions about the end of the world based on the poem ' Fire and Ice'. Well In the poem Fire and Ice the poet has presented two reasons that might lead to destruction. The poet discusses the two possibilities regarding the end of the world. One possibilities is the world ending in flames of fire. The poet feels so when he ponders over the burning flames of desires of people. These desires for more money, more power, etc. will surely hurl the world into another nuclear war, which will burn up the entire world in flames.
The second possibility of the doom of the world is with ice. The poet feels people have so much of hatred in their hearts against one another that it is sufficient to freeze the entire planet to death.
So, the fire of evil desires and ice of wicked hatred are the two reasons that can destroy mankind.
The current state of the world also points to these causes. Most of the problems the world is facing have been either caused by hatred or evil desires.
The need of the hour is resolving issues and differences through understanding, universal peace, and love. Only then the world will become a great place to live in.
