Yes motion is relative.
We see a body is moving when the body has velocity.
But if we in bus or train then see that all the things outside the bus or train move
away though the outside object may have no velocity(like tree etc).
It because there is a relative motion between the object and the bus or train.
Again an object in the bus or train have some velocity (as it moves with the bus) but it seems to be not in motion.
So we need a static body to mention a motion. But in univers all body are moving.
So all motions are relative
